Executive Assistant
You will manage mostly business related tasks as well as organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administrative assistant in the past.
A day in the life:
Build trusting relationships with our clients and educate them on our portfolio strategy, investment philosophy, and important market events
Organizing the financial advisors’ work schedule in an efficient manner
Planning, organizing and orchestrating seminars at multiple venues throughout San Diego County
Your qualifications:
1+ years of work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
Discretion and confidentiality with every client
Bachelor’s degree
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Quick learner and self-starter
